March 28, 2021 : Luna enters Libra - we're all artists today
welcome to episode 9 in season five of kristo's astrology...
here's my reading of the Zeitgeist for Sunday, March 28th, 2021
**all times reported here are in UTC-0 (Universal Coordinated Time) or GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)... please adjust according to your own Time Zone... if you're not sure about the time zone difference, you can find that here: Time Zone Map
just a reminder: don't sweat it if the numbers or hours are confusing... I'm with you on that...
calculating the times for these transits requires simple arithmetic, which is something I have absolutely no intuition for…
just know that each of the planetary influences wax and wane over hours, days, and sometimes months or years...!
let your Intuition own the changes, and so whenever you observe a synchronicity that jibes with what you’ve heard from me…
perfect…! because it shows that YOU and YOUR Intuition are on the money...
Virgo The Void of Course Virgo Moon BiQuintiles unaspected Aquarian Jupiter @3:52 AM GMT / UTC-0
here we are cleaning up another huge mess today...
and the results are not only spectacular, they're miraculous...
consider this the equivalent of at least one Labor of Hercules that you personally deal with in super-amazing fashion...
nicely, nicely done...!
....
Luna quietly enters Libra @6:22 AM
well, now that calm and cleanliness is restored, it's time to make some art — or at least enjoy some...
although just remember, enjoying art is never meant to be a passive activity...
you might find my podcast about Michael Krebber's work to be helpful in that regard...
....
Gemini Mars exactly Conjuncts the Dragon's Head @10:13 AM
I missed seeing this transit yesterday...
and considering the context, I'd call it finger painting...
so, go ahead and make a glorious mess and have fun moving around color...
you might also expect yourself to have to insert some new work into old...
kinda like Marcel Duchamp's L.H.O.O.Q. so just have some fun with this...
....
Luna BiQuintiles Taurean Uranus (in his Square to Aquarian Saturn) @10:57 AM
this is sculpture: a sculpture that you, yourself are going to make...
and no, you don't need tools for this...
what you need is your eyes, your imagination, your memory, and your intuition...
you're going to find something that's already made that you realize is a genuine work of art...
the way to realize this is to create and see the context in your mind's eye...
and it's that context that makes the piece art...
and yes, Marcel Duchamp was most famous for this...
but it's not like he invented the idea...
it's an idea that's still alive — and vibrantly so...
in fact it's inherent in all art...
and it's all yours for the taking...
....
Aries Venus (in her Sextile to Saturn, and Coniunctio to Sol and Chiron) exactly Quintiles Capricorn Pluto @12:58 PM
hell, you might even find that your work is valuable to others beside yourself...
....
Venus exactly Conjuncts Chiron @5:28 PM
this is you re-inventing yourself as an artist...
we ARE, after all, all artists...!
....
Luna Opposes Sol @7:48 PM
this particular Full Moon is going to make you even FEEL like an artist...
just remember that being an artist means working your ass off...
all the time...
you might as well resign yourself to being on-call 24-7...!
....
Luna Opposes Chiron @8:38 PM
this is the Muse calling on you at an odd hour...
talk about being on call...!
when the Muse has to give birth, you'd better respond...
actually, the moment is called Kairos...
if you want to know more about it, take a listen to my favorite episode of kristo.art the one about Richard Hunt's marvelous Chicago work...
....
Luna reaches a Quincunx to Uranus @8:40 PM
okay, so maybe you're not into the visual arts...
or maybe you're wondering why NFTs are considered art...
it's all about context and the eye of the beholder, I guess...
but I'm not about to go there...
....
Luna Opposes Venus @8:55 PM
oh yeah... once you've done the work of making and enjoying art, you actually DO get to sit (or stand) back and let it work on you...
because that's the work that real art does...
it changes you...
and ALWAYS, for the better...
....
and here’s another fairytale flash:
well, I just released Episode 11 of the Hansel and Gretel Code yesterday...
I call this Episode: Whose Turn to Say Grace...? and it begins our deep dive into the third sentence of the fairytale... I do hope you'll take a listen...
Episode 12 will continue with the third sentence, and the good news is that having worked on both episodes together, Episode 12 is nearly ready for release...
you can find transcripts and links for each episode on the website at betweenthelines.xyz, or just look for the link to the Hansel and Gretel Code in the menu at the top of every page on kristo.com...
and just as a reminder, I'm giving away pdf copies of the Hansel and Gretel manuscript... it's the text I'm using for the podcast...
you'll want a copy so you can follow along with me and even work on your own interpretation...
it's the oldest complete version of the story out there, and my own translation of it into English was the only available until just about a year ago...
just sayin'
hit the talk to me link on the website or right here talk to me... and ask for your free copy... easy peasy...
.....
no matter what anybody has already told you about Hansel and Gretel, get ready to be surprised...
this podcast is gonna take you on a rollercoaster of psychological depths and heights — not to mention informative twists and turns — all of them designed to entertain the hell out of you…
you can find out all about it on the website betweenthelines.xyz, or on whatever podcast app that floats your boat…
and please take a listen to my art podcast, kristo.art it’s my take on art and art appreciation that aims to take the snoot and attitude out of museum and gallery going...
it actually let's you own the damn place...
.....
okay, well, that's it for today... thanks for listening... have a great day, and I'll see you tomorrow...
Alrighty then... ciao a tutti...
