December 21, 2020 : Time for the Winter Solstice... and we get a new Headmaster / Headmistress

welcome to my extra reading for the fourth season of kristo's astrology...

here's my reading of the Winter Solstice for Monday, December 21st, 2020

**all times reported here are in UTC-0 (Universal Coordinated Time) or GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)... please adjust according to your own Time Zone... if you're not sure about the time zone difference, you can find that here: Time Zone Map

just a reminder: don't sweat it if the numbers or hours are confusing... I'm with you on that...

calculating the times for these transits requires simple arithmetic, which is something I have absolutely no intuition for…

just know that each of the planetary influences wax and wane over hours, days, and sometimes months or years...!

let your Intuition own the changes, and so whenever you observe a synchronicity that jibes with what you’ve heard from me…

perfect…! because it shows that YOU and YOUR Intuition are on the money...

Sol (in his Coniunctio to Mercury) enters Capricorn @10:02:20 AM GMT / UTC-0

I think we're all curious as hell to know what the new normal is going to be, and when it's going to kick in which is pretty much similar to the question of just when we can expect the global fear of COVID to completely disappear... and while skeptics and deniers might not give a rat's... er, care very much about that particular question... astrologically, the birth of this new Winter season tells us that the question has shifted, along with the emphasis on the Ordeal itself...

having Jupiter within 8 1/2 hours of making an exact Conjunction with Saturn in Aquarius tells us that we've got a new global headmaster... one that's a hell of a lot more progressive and good natured than any that we've had in, oh about 6 centuries... apparently, the last time Jupiter met Saturn in Aquarius was in 1405... I don't have much to say about that...

in any case, this new astrologic / metaphoric headmaster may not be the one asking the questions... he / or she is gonna be the one handing out answers... meaning, we get the answers first, and then have to figure out the questions... consider it a quirk of the quirky sign of Aquarius...

one of those answers to our unasked questions is AI or artificial Intelligence... expect a Winter season (at least - if not an entire year) genius answers worthy of Albert Einstein... or even more powerfully, those of Charles Hermite, the "Einstein" of Einstein's day

given Sagittarian Venus is in a Quincunx to Taurean Uranus expect to put on a little weight this season, too... hey, a little over-indulgence is good for the soul, especially in the wake of such a difficult ordeal as the one we're finally emerging from... even as epidemiologists are predicting a resurgence of the virus...

I suppose herd immunity gets a bit of a boost... although not enough to do the job on its own...

and with Mars in a Square to Pluto, there are more restrictions we'll have to put up with before things can safely ease up... expect people to be pretty pissed off... so you might as well kill 2 birds with one stone by self-isolating and steering clear of the angry fuckers...

with Venus in a Trine to Chiron and that Chiron in a Quintile to Pluto, I can only say that I see the vaccine as coming to the rescue...

and sure there are side effects, as well as a bit of unknown associated with that particular bit of scientific means to an end... after all, Luna is in Pisces and in a Sextile to Pluto...

Pisces tells us all there could be some confusion... it also tells us to have a little faith...

finally, with Piscean Neptune in a Square to the Gemini Dragon's Head, we're being reminded to stop looking for the answers we want when we don't like the ones we've been given... and I don't mean stop trying to improve the questions we ask... that's a sign of intelligence... maybe even genius... it means don't shop around for experts... trust the ones you trust until you learn otherwise...

 and here’s another fairytale flash:

well, finally, Episode 8 of the Hansel and Gretel Code is now out there in the wild, and I'm hard at work on episodes 9 and 10...

you can find it on the website at betweenthelines.xyz, or just look for the link to the Hansel and Gretel Code in the menu at the top of every page on kristo.com...

and just as a reminder, I'm giving away pdf copies of the Hansel and Gretel manuscript I'm using for the podcast...

you'll want a copy so you can follow along with me and even work on your own interpretation...

it's the oldest complete version of the story out there, and my own translation of it into English was the only one out there until just a year ago...

just sayin'

check out the episode for info on how to get your copy...it's easy peasy...

alrighty then, ciao a tutti...

.....

no matter what anybody has already told you about Hansel and Gretel, get ready to be surprised...

this podcast is gonna take you on a rollercoaster of psychological depths and heights — not to mention informative twists and turns —  all of them designed to entertain the hell out of you…

you can find out all about it on the website betweenthelines.xyz, or on whatever podcast app that floats your boat…

and please take a listen to my art podcast, kristo.art it’s my take on art and art appreciation that aims to take the snoot and attitude out of museum and gallery going — and let you own the damn place...

.....

okay, well, that's it for today... thanks for listening... have a great day, and I'll see you tomorrow...

Alrighty then... ciao a tutti...
