whether it was something you said or something that you wrote (and considering Mercury's in Aquarius — it was probably an email) you're feeling the regret, Big Time...

go ahead and blame it on Mercury having been Retrograde for so long, except that's just an excuse...

the Truth of the matter is that there IS not excuse...

a simple mea culpa won't get YOU anywhere, although it WILL make your correspondent feel at least a touch better...
