that's right... what just happened was a wave of something I can't even name...
whatever it is, it's the exact opposite of self-esteem... which is something that EVERYONE could use a whole lot more of...
I think of self-esteem as one of the basic necessities of life, like food, clothing and shelter...
it can so get lost... most often though, it's been stolen and destroyed...
fortunately, getting it back doesn't take anywhere near as long as it takes to destroy it...
