Torn
i was born 12/19/68 (11:45 am). the man i love was born 06/29/67 (6-7 am.
there is also a third party involved (on his side). she was born 04/13/69.
both he and i are convinced that we are soulmates. we love each other
unconditionally. i love him enough to let him go (which, in fact, i have).
he wants to hold on. he has a sense of obligation to his partner. do the
stars indicate any hope for us?

I'm impressed by your Jupiter / Uranus conjunction in Libra. An awful lot has been going on in that department for the last 5 or 6 years. You've had a major Trine of first Uranus, then Pluto and now Neptune to this interesting duo.
His Pluto / Uranus conjunction in Virgo is also interesting, but less of an operative influence right now. He'll be facing his Pluto Square sooner or later...but that's inactive at the moment.
You've all gone through a Saturn return recently, and that's somewhat relevant...but again, in simply a more general way.
Astrologically...yours is the most active chart. All I can see are blessings on top of blessings. I'm sure that a more careful and detailed look would turn up something in the lessons to be learned department, but this is without doubt, an extraordinary time in your life. Regardless of the outcome of this situation...you will be changed / have changed in an extraordinary way. Your Dragon's Head in Aries indicates that letting go is the bravest and most powerful way to reap the benefits of this love.
It seems to me that his sense of obligation may be something that can teach him everything he needs to learn for the next 10-15 years of his life. He is a Cancer which indicates a certain need to maintain the cocoon that is in place. His Dragon's Head is in Taurus which means that he must learn to be in harmony with his soul to achieve serenity and security. His soul is likely telling him one thing, while his mind is telling him something else. What looks right to the way we were taught to believe...is often just the wrong thing for the soul. It takes guts to stand up for the soul...regardless of convention and a possibly misplaced sense of obligation.
All three of you will be fine...but it may take him much longer to learn that if he doesn't learn the lessons of his chart sooner.
