The Future
age: 44
gender: male
I'm training as a sculptor, my finances are a mess, and it's a struggle to get to and from work. What can you see in the near future.
Your question is so tied into today's zeitgeist that I couldn't help but feel an answer. When you begin training yourself for the second half of life...which is in truth...a circumambulation of the center of your being...everything that you had been previously trained to believe in tends to crumble into chaos. In your case, all of that stone dust is swirling and blotting out whatever is unnecessary in terms of your priorities. Commuting and finances make an interesting pair because if you were commuting to a job...i.e. getting paid to do someone else's work...your finances would probably be fine. While public transportation is meant for getting people to their jobs, doing YOUR Work is not something the public wants of you., so expect some difficulty. Of course, your Soul and Psyche want nothing else at this point (i.e. SoulWork)...and that ALWAYS costs you. Recovering your Soul is the most expensive undertaking you can imagine...in terms of the material world. That's why the New Testament makes a point of emphasizing its value. Your training is taking you precisely where you need to be in terms of Soul and the struggle involves the inner battlefield more than the outer. Yes, of course, making a living and getting around is an absolute necessity...but I don't see anything more than struggle in the near future. What I don't see however, is disaster. In fact I see nothing but further light as you go through this admittedly long tunnel.
One peculiar caveat for you. I don't normally see physical problems as I don't consider myself a medical intuitive...but in your case I get a distinct impression that you are likely to get a kidney stone in the near future. You must make absolutely certain that you drink enough water every day. As you tend to concentrate on some of those anxiety producing elements of mundane life...like eating and paying the rent...you must take extra care of your health. That doesn't mean worrying about medical insurance, etc...but getting adequate rest and a more than adequate water intake is crucial in this time. Make it as much of a priority as your training.
